TENTEN Hollywood

TENTEN Hollywood is located at 1149 N. Gower Street, Hollywood, CA. TENTEN Hollywood’s plan for expansion includes the development of 169 Live/Work/Play units which is in addition to the already existing 75,000 SF of office space. TENTEN Hollywood expects to obtain its entitlement for this redevelopment by the end of 2020. Construction will commence in 2021 and is projected to be completed within 30 months.

Glendale Campus

The Glendale Campus, located at 401, 411 and 413 N. Brand Blvd. & 121 W Lexington Drive, Glendale, CA, is fully entitled for development of a mixed‐use project comprised of a 5,000 SF restaurant space fronting Brand Blvd and 228 Live/Work/Play units. Construction for this project will commence in June 2020 and is scheduled to be completed by November 2022.

Plug and Play Headquarters Expansion

Plug and Play’s Headquarter Sunnyvale location is in the process of obtaining entitlements for a 300,000+ square foot office space expansion which is in addition to the already existing 156,867 SF of office space the existing Headquarter campus boasts. With Apple offices located across the street, this project expects to obtain its entitlement for this redevelopment by July of 2020.

TENTEN Oceanside

TENTEN Oceanside is located at 901 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA. TENTEN Oceanside is fully entitled to the development of a 124‐unit hotel, 90 live-work-play units and 8,357 square feet commercial/retail located on one city‐bloc. The development will start in 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
