Brand Blvd. & 121 W Lexington Drive, Glendale, CA, is fully entitled for development of a mixedâ€use project comprised of a 5,000 SF restaurant space fronting Brand Blvd and 228 Live/Work/Play units. Construction for this project will commence in June 2020 and is scheduled to be completed by November 2022.
