Through the Amidi Group's in-house construction companies, Amidi has also transformed countless properties into thriving operations and has added significant value to various communities by attracting new companies and jobs to the area.

165 University Ave – Palo Alto, CA

Located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, 165 University has become known as Silicon Valley’s “Lucky Building.” The Amidi Group purchased the property following the early success of Medallion Rug Gallery, the Amidi Group’s Persian rug import and export company well-known to the local community, but 165 University quickly grew a reputation of its own. 165 University is proud to have been an early home to startups such as Google, PayPal, Logitech and Danger, which were operated by world-class technology and entrepreneurial minds including Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Marissa Mayer, Peter Thiel and more. While the building may not be the Amidi Group’s largest holding, its importance cannot be understated.

Amidi Group Corporate Office

Located in Redwood City, California, this property acts as both the headquarters for the Amidi Group’s corporate office but also as an additional Plug and Play Tech Center branch. Its ease of access from public transportation and major freeways coupled with the growing community of Redwood City has made the property a popular location for entrepreneurs around the Bay Area.

Hollywood Production Center – 1149 N. Gower

1149 N Gower was the first location of the Amidi Group’s Hollywood Production Center, which provides pre and post-production office needs to the entertainment industry. Gower consists of 75,000 square feet of fully furnished office space centered in the heart of Hollywood. Productions such as Breaking Bad, Vampire Diaries and Better Call Saul have utilized Gower’s offerings. While the HPC brand has continued to grow, the Gower building’s bold brick exterior has become a fixture in the Hollywood community.

Hollywood Production Center – 121 West Lexington

Located in the heart of Glendale, the Amidi Group’s vision and persistence again enabled them to be at the center of another community’s revitalization, downtown Glendale. The HPC2 project consists of 150,000 square feet and includes a sound-stage to allow for even more services and possibilities beyond HPC’s pre and post-production offerings.

Hollywood Production Center – 127 S. Brand

Located directly next to Glendale’s Americana, 127 S Brand was fully renovated by the Amidi Group. Its sleek appearance and street-front café provide an attractive front to the 21,000 square foot branch of Hollywood Production Center.

Hollywood Production Center – 225 E. Broadway

Another Amidi Group property that has been instrumental in the revitalization of downtown Glendale. Located next-door to TENTEN Glendale, 225 E Broadway’s 75,000 square feet of office space recaptured the heart of the local community following the Amidi Group’s 2007 full renovation of the property originally constructed in 1956. 225 E Broadway is a branch of Hollywood Production Center.

Plug and Play Headquarters - Silicon Valley

Located in Silicon Valley, 440 N Wolfe Road is the global headquarters for Plug and Play Tech Center, the Amidi Group’s technology investment and incubation center. The property is now home to over 300 startups and has anchored an area of Sunnyvale, California that now is home to companies such as Apple, NetApp and Texas Instruments.

TENTEN Glendale

Only steps to downtown Glendale, 111 N Louise opened its doors in 2018 as TENTEN Glendale, offering 66 fully-furnished Live/Work/Play units over six stories. Its walkability, vibrant community and unforgettable rooftop views and resort-like amenities have resulted in plenty of fanfare for this new development.

TENTEN Wilshire – 1010 Wilshire BLVD

The Amidi Group was an earlier contributor to the revitalization of DTLA with its redevelopment of the 1010 Wilshire project. One of the earlier significant projects for the Amidi Group, 1010 Wilshire became TENTEN Wilshire through the vision and hard-work of the team. A 17-story office tower with DTLA views was converted into 227 Live/Work/Play units focused on the local community of entrepreneurs, legal and medical professionals and technology startups. Located steps to the tallest building west of Chicago, the InterContinental Downtown Los Angeles, one of the TENTEN Wilshire’s distinguishing features is its award-winning rooftop, offering resort-like amenities and countless views.

TENTEN Wilshire – 1027 Wilshire BLVD

Due to the immense success of the TENTEN model, a new 376 unit Live/Work/Play property is scheduled to complete construction directly across the street from the existing TENTEN Wilshire in downtown in late summer of 2020. TENTEN Wilshire will continue its dominant presence in downtown Los Angeles along other notable real estate projects like the InterContinental Downtown Los Angeles; the tallest building west of Chicago.

Future Plans

The Amidi Group plans to acquire and expand its real estate portfolio to strategically position its Live-Work-Play TENTEN model in major domestic and international metropolitan areas.

With over 1,000 units currently in the development pipeline, the Amidi Group intends to continue its calculated growth through its established brands

Glendale Campus

The Glendale Campus, located at 401, 411 and 413 N. Brand Blvd. & 121 W Lexington Drive, Glendale, CA, is fully entitled for development of a mixed‐use project comprised of a 5,000 SF restaurant space fronting Brand Blvd and 228 Live/Work/Play units. Construction for this project will commence in June 2020 and is scheduled to be completed by November 2022.

Plug and Play Headquarters Expansion

Plug and Play’s Headquarter Sunnyvale location is in the process of obtaining entitlements for a 300,000+ square foot office space expansion which is in addition to the already existing 156,867 SF of office space the existing Headquarter campus boasts. With Apple offices located across the street, this project expects to obtain its entitlement for this redevelopment by July of 2020.

TENTEN Hollywood

TENTEN Hollywood is located at 1149 N. Gower Street, Hollywood, CA. TENTEN Hollywood’s plan for expansion includes the development of 169 Live/Work/Play units which is in addition to the already existing 75,000 SF of office space. TENTEN Hollywood expects to obtain its entitlement for this redevelopment by the end of 2020. Construction will commence in 2021 and is projected to be completed within 30 months.

TENTEN Oceanside

TENTEN Oceanside is located at 901 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA. TENTEN Oceanside is fully entitled to the development of a 124‐unit hotel, 90 live-work-play units and 8,357 square feet commercial/retail located on one city‐bloc. The development will start in 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Future Plans

The Amidi Group plans to acquire and expand its real estate portfolio to strategically position its Live‐Work‐Play TENTEN model in major domestic and international metropolitan areas.
