Located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, 165 University has become known as Silicon Valley’s “Lucky Building.†The Amidi Group purchased the property following the early success of Medallion Rug Gallery, the Amidi Group’s Persian rug import and export company well-known to the local community, but 165 University quickly grew a reputation of its own. 165 University is proud to have been an early home to startups such as Google, PayPal, Logitech and Danger, which were operated by world-class technology and entrepreneurial minds including Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Marissa Mayer, Peter Thiel and more. While the building may not be the Amidi Group’s largest holding, its importance cannot be understated.

Located in Silicon Valley, 440 N Wolfe Road is the global headquarters for Plug and Play Tech Center, the Amidi Group’s technology investment and incubation center. The property is now home to over 300 startups and has anchored an area of Sunnyvale, California that now is home to companies such as Apple, NetApp and Texas Instruments.

Its ease of access from public transportation and major freeways coupled with the growing community of Redwood City has made the property a popular location for entrepreneurs around the Bay Area.

Due to the immense success of the TENTEN model, a new 376 unit Live/Work/Play property is scheduled to complete construction directly across the street from the existing TENTEN Wilshire in downtown in late summer of 2020. Another Amidi Group property that has been instrumental in the revitalization of downtown Glendale. Located next-door to TENTEN Glendale, 225 E Broadway’s 75,000 square feet of office space recaptured the heart of the local community following the Amidi Group’s 2007 full renovation of the property originally constructed in 1956. 225 E Broadway is a branch of Hollywood Production Center.

1149 N Gower was the first location of the Amidi Group’s Hollywood Production Center, which provides pre and post-production office needs to the entertainment industry. Gower consists of 75,000 square feet of fully furnished office space centered in the heart of Hollywood. Productions such as Breaking Bad, Vampire Diaries and Better Call Saul have utilized Gower’s offerings. While the HPC brand has continued to grow, the Gower building’s bold brick exterior has become a fixture in the Hollywood community.
